Privacy and certificate downloads

Enquiries and contact details

We use the contact and project details you provide to respond to your enquiry, coordinate service and deliver the certificates you request. WhatsApp and email links open the respective service; those services handle messages under their own privacy policies.

Employee-issued certificates

Only the approved employee account can upload and email a report. The report may include the customer or company name, project details, invoice references and measurements entered by the employee. Please check the intended recipient and the report contents before sharing.

Private links and seven-day availability

Report files are stored in a private Firebase/Google Cloud bucket. A complete, unguessable link allows anyone who has that link to view and download the associated PDF. Do not post it publicly. Access expires seven days after upload. Expired reports are deleted by scheduled cleanup and storage lifecycle rules; deletion may occur after the access-expiry time.

Email attachments and copies downloaded by recipients are not deleted when the website link expires. Employee sign-in records, operational security logs and email-provider records are separate from this temporary report storage.

Services used

The website uses Firebase Hosting, Firebase Authentication, Google Cloud Functions and private Cloud Storage. Certificate email is sent through our business mailbox provider. WhatsApp messages are opened as drafts for the sender to review and send.
